学院介绍
南京大学化学化工学院是我国最早设立的化学院系之一,始建于1920年,后由原中央大学化学系和金陵大学化学系合并成立南京大学化学系,1993年成立化学化工学院。学院化学学科为一级学科国家重点学科,在历次学科评估中均名列前茅。2017年,化学、化学工程与技术两个学科入选国家“双一流”建设学科。
学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍,总体规模158人,其中中国科学院院士1名、长江学者特聘教授9名、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者25名、国家级优秀青年人才35名。
学院拥有配位化学国家重点实验室、生命分析化学国家重点实验室、介观化学教育部重点实验室、高性能高分子材料与技术教育部重点实验室、江苏省先进有机材料重点实验室等科研平台。一大批具有国际先进水平的仪器设备为学院的教学科研活动提供了一流的条件保障。
学院广泛开展国际学术交流与合作,与加州大学伯克利分校、密歇根大学、悉尼大学、安大略理工大学等国内外多所著名高校、科研机构和知名企业建立了长期的交流合作关系,成功主办了一系列国内外高水平学术会议,具有较大的国际影响力。
一、招聘岗位设置
南京大学化学化工学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事化学、化学工程与技术领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准聘副教授、准聘助理教授岗位,招聘总人数不超过7人。
准聘副教授岗位研究方向包括:
(1)功能配合物(能源存储和转化)
(2)多技术融合的合成化学(天然产物化学合成/生物合成/计算机辅助合成等)
(3)物理化学
(4)高分子材料化学(高分子新合成方法学,超分子组装,聚合催化体系等)
(5)绿色化工(尤其是微纳气液、液液、液固流体与材料相关方向)
准聘助理教授岗位研究方向包括:
(1)生物医用高分子(重大疾病发生发展机制、脑机智能技术、脑认知、重大脑疾病早期干预、类脑计算与应用等)
(2)免疫化学生物学
二、申请条件

(5)突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有原创性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。

Tenure-track Faculty Positions in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University
About the School
The School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (SCCE) at Nanjing University (NJU) is amongst the oldest colleges and departments in China. The Chemistry Department can be traced back to 1920, and was later amalgamated by the Chemistry Department of the former Central University and the Chemistry Department of the former Jinling University. SCCE was set up in 1993, and is now composed of three departments: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Polymer Science and Engineering. In 2017, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Technology were selected into the list of national first-class construction disciplines.
SCCE has 158 faculty members, 1 members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 9 Cheung Kong Scholars of Ministry of Education (MOE), 25 winners of National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 35 national outstanding young talents.
SCCE hosts the State Key Laboratory of Coordination Chemistry, the State Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Life Science, the Key Laboratory of Mesoscopic Chemistry of Ministry of Education and the Key Laboratory of High Performance Macromolecule Materials and Technology of Ministry of Education.
SCCE has established extensive international cooperation and academic exchanges with foreign institutions. It has hosted and sponsored a number of international conferences, symposiums and workshops on various topics. Many world leading chemists including several Nobel laureates have been invited to present lectures. Faculty members have been regularly invited to give plenary and keynote talks in the international conferences and symposiums.
Positions
SCCE seeks outstanding candidates for tenue-track faculty positions.
Tenure-track associate professor positions (up to 5) in the following research fields:
1. Functional complexes (energy storage and conversion)
2. Synthetic Chemistry (synthesis of natural products / biosynthesis / computer-aided synthesis, etc.)
3. Physical Chemistry
4. Chemistry of Polymer Materials (new polymer synthesis methodology, supramolecular assembly, polymerization catalytic system, etc.)
5. Green Chemical Engineering (micro-/nano-fluid or materials for processes/reactions including gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-solid phase)
Tenure-track assistant professor positions (up to 2) in the following research fields:
1. Biomedical polymer (mechanisms of occurrence and development of major diseases, brain computer intelligence technology, brain cognition, early intervention for major brain diseases, brain-like computing and application, etc.)
2. Immunol chemical biology
Qualifications
1. Compliance with law and regulations of the People's Republic of China, devoted to teaching and research.
2. Good professional ethics and noble individual virtues, abide by the academic norms, work with due diligence, have no criminal record and have no record of violating teaching ethics and academic ethics.
3. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines. Post-doctoral experience with an extensive publication record in high quality journals, a commitment to excellence in research and teaching.
4. Excellent teaching abilities, competent in the core basic courses and the frontier courses of the discipline, good Pedagogy, and good presentation skills.
5. Outstanding development potential, ability to engage with broader Chemistry / Chemical Engineering themes for the purpose of achieving transformative and translational research gains.

Compensation Package and Support
1. Competitive salaries: annual salaries will be commensurate with work experience and research performance.
